Returns & Exchanges


Refund Policy 

 

No REFUNDS are offered on hair extensions. Exchanges ONLY. Once hair extensions have been opened, they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Exchanges may be honored at the discretion of the Sittinn Pretti Management Team within 5 Business days of the order's delivery date.

All exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of the order delivery date. All exchange items must be in resale-able, new and unused condition, with all original tags, zip-ties, packages, and labels attached. All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, or rubber bands and zip ties removed, etc. & it's non-refundable. Hair extensions that have been used or altered cannot be exchanged.

 

If an Exchange is initiated after the 5 Day Return Period, the Return will be processed as Store Credit ONLY.

NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS (From Delivery Date).  

To exchange an item, please email customer service at info@sittinnprett.com to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order #, name on order, reason for return. We will sent you an email with the return address.

Please note, Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return/exchange 

If there is an issue with the texture, we are willing to exchange for the same or a different product. However, in case of a price difference, balance must be paid prior to us shipping out the new product.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

Sittinn Pretti reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

-Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

-An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.,

-Sittinn Pretti reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

-Excessive Returns

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them for a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.

If you provide a P.O. Box address your order will be canceled

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?

NO. ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED.

Please be aware that for security reasons, Sittinn Pretti does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.

We do not ship to P.O. BOXES!

Please make sure you update your shipping address before you place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but again, it is for your protection.
